Nutrition,
considered.
Evidence, translated into real life — across private practice, food, organisations and everyday health.
A life in nutrition, shaped by practice.
Kajal Bhatia is a certified Whole-Food Nutritionist and Diabetes Educator who believes that food can be one of our most powerful tools for better health.
Her work focuses on helping people manage and prevent lifestyle-related concerns such as diabetes, cholesterol, weight, and hormonal health through simple, natural, and sustainable changes in the way they eat.
Kajal also looks beyond the plate, exploring how food connects with health, disease, sustainability and the world around us. Through her practice, KB Health, she works with individuals and organisations to make nutrition more practical, approachable and a part of everyday life.
Over the years, she has conducted nutrition seminars and healthy cooking workshops for organisations including Boston Consulting Group, Dun & Bradstreet, JM Financial, Essar and RoundGlass. Her belief is simple: when you understand your food, you can take charge of your health.
Science, context and real life.
Good nutrition rarely lives in isolation. It sits alongside family, culture, work, sleep, stress, food access and the realities of everyday life. The work, therefore, is not to add more rules — but to bring more clarity.
Plants have always been part of the conversation.
They have shaped how I eat, how I practise nutrition, how I teach and eventually how I create. They are an influence, not a prescription.
That thinking also found a tangible expression in Plant Power — one of the ways nutrition moved from conversation into everyday food.
