What is whole food nutrition?


A whole food plan is centered on whole, unrefined, or minimally refined plants. It’s a plan based on fruits, vegetables, tubers, whole grains, and legumes; nuts and oilseeds .It minimizes animal products as well as highly refined foods like bleached flour, refined sugar, and oil.




What's the connection between food and ill health? Is it not genetic?


Genes do play a role . But its largely wrong eating and lifestyle which is the cause of modern lifestyle disorders. When the food eaten in your daily life is not suited to your physiology, simple digestion does not take place effectively and the body gets a build up resulting in toxins and acidosis leading to ill health of various kinds and types resulting in a state of dis-ease.
